Client Care Coordinator
Sharon Henderson is the Client Care Coordinator and does all of the scheduling for our clinicians. Sharon has worked here since August of 2021. She has been married for 52 years and has two daughters, three grandsons, one granddaughter, and one great grandson. Sharon retired from being a bookkeeper in July of 2021. Sharon's oldest daughter, Heidi, works for a local bank as a credit risk manager, and her youngest daughter, Megan, is the owner of Big Sky Behavioral Health. Sharon's husband is a self-employed computer programmer and is semi-retired. In her spare time, Sharon loves to craft, play with her grandchildren, and spend time with her family.
Kala Ford, MS, LCPC, NCC
Kala Ford is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. She receiver her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Carroll College and her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Counseling from Montana State University. Kala has experience working with children, families, and women in school and crisis settings; however, she primarily works with children and families. She is currently pursuing her Registered Play Therapist certification and utilizes play therapy techniques in sessions.

Bobbi Garr, MSW, LCSW
Bobbi Garr is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who began working as a therapist in 2018. Bobbi has a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology and Sociology from Rocky Mountain College, and Masters of Social Work from Walla Walla University. Bobbi has worked in Community mental health, the school-setting, and in private practice. Bobbi works with individuals and families of all ages but specialized in working with children using Play Therapy techniques and modalities. Bobbi is currently pursuing her Registered Play Therapist certification. Bobbi enjoys spending time with family and her two dogs. She loves exploring Montana and the outdoors through travel, hiking, camping, paddleboarding, and fishing.
Kirstie Thomas, M. Ed, PCLC
Kirstie is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor Candidate supervised by Megan. She has a Master's in Education focusing on School Counseling. While pursuing her Master's degree, she worked as a Behavioral Specialist helping children to be successful in school environments. After she graduated, she worked as a Therapist at Yellowstone Academy working with students who strugglewith behavioral and academic challenges. Currently she works full time as a School Counselor, and part time here at Big Sky Behavioral Health. In her spare time she loves to rescue animals and find them forever homes. When she isn't working she loves being a foster mom and taking care of her animals on her little farm. She also loves to spend time with her family having bbqs, fishing and boating.
Taylor Flynn, MS, LCPC
Taylor Flynn is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with two years of experience working as a therapist. Taylor has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Montana State University - Bozeman and a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Wyoming. Taylor has experience working with individuals in inpatient settings and with children in schools. Taylor spends her free time enjoying Marvel movies, walking her dog, and trying new recipes.
