Megan Henderson, M.Ed., LCPC-S, RPT-S, NCC
Owner/Clinical Director
Megan Henderson is a native of Billings, MT having graduated from Billings West High School. She attended Rocky Mountain College, graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology and continued her education at MSU-Billings earning a Master’s of Education degree in School Counseling. Megan has been working as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor since 2016 and is now also an LCPC-Supervisor, a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor, a Certified Synergetic Play Therapist and a Nationally Certified Counselor. Megan opened Big Sky Behavioral Health in May 2017 and incorporated and hired her first employee in October 2020. Megan is a graduate of the Association for Play Therapy’s Leadership Academy and is providing play therapy training, education, and supervision to clinicians throughout the region. In her free time, Megan loves spending time with her family, especially her 2 young children.

Sharon Henderson
Client Care Coordinator
Sharon Henderson is the Client Care Coordinator and does all of the scheduling for our clinicians. Sharon has worked here since August of 2021. She has been married for 52 years and has two daughters, three grandsons, one granddaughter, and one great grandson. Sharon retired from being a bookkeeper in July of 2021. Sharon's oldest daughter, Heidi, works for a local bank as a credit risk manager, and her youngest daughter, Megan, is the owner of Big Sky Behavioral Health. Sharon's husband is a self-employed computer programmer and is semi-retired. In her spare time, Sharon loves to craft, play with her grandchildren, and spend time with her family.
Kelly Ogger, MSW, LCSW
Clinical Therapist
Kelly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's degree in social work from Walla Walla University. Kelly has a long and extensive work history in the Billings community as well as surrounding areas serving families and children both before and since receiving her Master's Degree and licensure. She has a heart for working with women and children, especially adolescents, in the areas of abuse, trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, transitions and adjustments, identity development, parenting skills, attachment issues and codependency.
Kelly believes that therapy is a collaborative process and guides clients to increase self-awareness, gain new perspectives, decrease symptoms and increase personal strengths to have a more meaningful life experience. Kelly has an eclectic approach, utilizing various theoretical models, strength based client centered approaches and real life experience. Additionally, Kelly is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trust Based Relational Interventions, SMART as well as EMDR and is certified for clinical supervision. She works from a strengths based approach in which she strives to create space to explore the conscious and unconscious, safely process without judgement and nurture the courage to be imperfect as well as to find one's authentic self.
Taylor Flynn, MS, LCPC, NCC
Clinical Therapist
Taylor Flynn is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with two years of experience working as a therapist. Taylor has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Montana State University - Bozeman and a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Wyoming. Taylor has experience working with individuals in inpatient settings and with children in schools. Taylor spends her free time enjoying Marvel movies, walking her dog, and trying new recipes.
Jadie Schatz, LCPC
Jadie Schatz is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with three years experience working as a counselor and eight years in total working in the mental health field. She earned a bachelor's in human services with a minor in psychology at Montana State University-Billings and a master's in professional counseling at Grand Canyon University. Jadie has experience working with children and youth ages 3-18 who are struggling with symptoms of trauma, grief, anxiety, ADHD, and depression. She believes that healing begins with understanding and valuing yourself. Jadie helps the children and youth she works with identify their strengths, or as she prefers to call them, their superpowers. Jadie believes that once a person understands and accepts his or her value and superpowers, he or she can heal from any negative experience and begin to create a world in which he or she feels safe and is secure in being who he or she is. In her free time, Jadie enjoys spending time with her six siblings hiking, backpacking, and exploring the mountain ranges of Montana and throughout the USA.
Mya Richardson, Intern
Mya Richardson is an Intern at Big Sky Behavioral Health. She is working on finishing up her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Montana State Billings. She plans to continue her education with a Master's in psychology from Montana State University Billings. When Mya isn't in class or at her internship, she is probably at track practice or hanging out with her friends.
